Un-chicken salad using soy
Anyone know how to make this? I always see the wraps/sandwiches in the health food stores and then the tiny containers are like $4, so I'd rather make it if I can.

What is the fake chicken like? Is it TVP or something like that? You can buy all kinds of fake meat at Chinese/Oriental supermarkets usually. You could probably do it with baked tofu also.

Couldn't you just buy a package of the fake chichen in the store, cook them and then make chicken salad like you would with meat?
I think they have like fake breasts at trader joes

Yeah, when I look at the ingredients, it's either made with TVP, which I would prefer not to have a lot of, or it is made wtih chickpea powder. It's so good and so expensive!
