Alice in Wonderfland Tea Party

Join us for an Alice in Wonderland-themed “Unbirthday” Tea Party on Saturday, September 17 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the hotel’s signature restaurant REIN. Guests of all ages may journey “down the rabbit hole” into Wonderland for afternoon tea and activities including a meet and greet with Alice, a reading from the Lewis Carroll classic, and, “drink me” and “eat me” delights by Chef Steven De Bruyn and Pastry Chef David Lugo. The cost is $39 per person, for both adults and children, and is free for children under two-years-old. Reservations are required by calling (516) 877-9385. Costumes are welcome and parents are encouraged to bring cameras and capture the magical afternoon.

Aww that sounds like great fun!! I so wish I could take DD#1 to things like this - but it is hard to do teas with a child allergic to milk, chocolate, oranges and strawberries - and everything seems to have those foods in it. I would think if the GC hotel does it - that they would do a nice job.
