under arm fat
I quit smoking 3 years ago and the last 2 years I went from 118lbs to about 143. Ive really started watching what Im eating and started working out. Im 43 so its taking me longer than expected.I can't seem to get rid of the underarm breast fat and back fat. That over everything else bothers me the most. You can see it over my bra Eww. Any suggestions. I have been using weights to tighten it. Very frustrating.

Unfortunately, to get rid of the fat you have to do cardio, cardio, and more cardio.
You can do weights with your arms all day long and never get rid of the fat there 
Toning the muscle under the fat won't do anything to the fat. It succckss... I have flabby upper arms too.

Its not even my arms, its the fat by my underarms on top of my breasts and the bra fat. I wear a tank top and the fat bulges out.

Have you been properly measured for your bra? If not, go to VS or any other lingerie store and they will do it for free.
