Unique yet reasonable wedding venue?
Any ideas for a reasonable, yet unique venue for a fall wedding that is not a catering hall? Around 100 people.

Unique yet reasonable wedding venue?
I don't know about reasonable, but Seatuck Nature Preserve and the Bayard Cutting Arboretum would be beautiful that time of year.

K Pacho, queens county farm. SOs cousin rented out the queens museum for her wedding but I don't think that was reasonable. I could be wrong?

Yes, and I only know that because it was on an episode of Four Weddings!

ya I knew they were bc I looked into them for my wedding. My sister is only going to be 23 when she gets married haha.
I called Houston hall to get pricing, and I'll try a few of these.
Prime also has a separate catering space I believe. I got married at Jedediah Hawkins which I'm still in love with, but it's not really what they're looking for. They're super trendy people.
My friend got married at k pacho before it was k pacho

Harbor club at prime in Huntington is sooo dope for Long Island but they are 150-250 pp plus tax and service then of course gratuity. And on site ceremony is 1K?

I know someone who was married at The Casino at Davis Park. My cousin was married at the Surf Lodge. Another cousin was married in a loft space in Brooklyn.

Re: Unique yet reasonable wedding venue?
Look at the paper factory hotel in lic. It might be pricey, but if they don't want a catering hall, they will end up paying a pretty penny. How many people? Day of week can bring cost down. But these new spots in lic and Brooklyn are crazy expensive. Brooklyn wine is also nice and the wythe hotel in Williamsburg.
Bronx zoo is reasonable I think! (?)

My niece was married at the Wythe hotel in Brooklyn. It was nice, and very different, but very expensive!

Re: Unique yet reasonable wedding venue?
SO and I were talking recently about this - since it'll be my second wedding, and his also - we figured we would do a nice restaurant. OR maybe a vineyard out East. Something pretty but very low key. What will keep costs down are the small amount of people invited. We both had large weddings the first time around. And this time, we can afford to have what we want - it's not even that, but we would prefer a smaller group. I think 40 people tops. Probably more like 25-30.
What size crowd is she looking at?
Because that will help a lot.
SO and I like Osprey's Dominion (Vineyard) out East, on the water.

Re: Unique yet reasonable wedding venue?
I am pretty sure you can do this in the fall, I have heard that weddings on yachts ( like out of the nautical mile ) are pretty cheap.

My friend's sister got married there and they had a great time. I can't remember the pricing but, it was more reasonable than I expected it to be.
