UPDATE 5/2: Definitely not viable
I got a BFP yesterday morning, at 11DPO. The line was pretty light, but it was darker when I tested in the afternoon, and again this morning. I tested with a digital tonight, and it said "pregnant"!
I am not letting myself get excited yet, as this is my 4th BFP in the past two years, and my 3rd one since last June. My beta is tomorrow morning. I really hope that adding the gonal-f and the intralipids this cycle does the trick, and that this one sticks. 
I totally wasn't going to post until after I got my beta results tomorrow, but I need all the positive vibes you guys can spare! Thanks!
UPDATE 4/14, 8:30 am: So, I lost my prescription for my beta!!!  I realized late last night, and emailed dr. B. He said to call him from quest, and he would give them a prescription over the phone. I got to Quest, called and called, and his phone went straight to voicemail. I gave up, and went to work, and got an email from him from 5 min. after I left Quest, saying that his phone had died. Now, I'm waiting for the girls to get into the office to fax a prescription over to the Quest near my office, and I'll have to leave work for a little bit...ARGH!
On the plus side, the line on my HPT was MUCH darker this morning...almost matched the control line!

13 DPO: Beta #1: 130, Progesterone: 96!!!
UPDATE 4/16, 4:15 pm:
15 DPO: Beta #2 270, Progesterone: 131!!!!
UPDATE 4/20, 10:10 pm:
19 DPO: Beta #3: 450 - not high enough. Dr. B wants me to go for another one tomorrow. My guess is that it already started going down. Why can't I maintain a pregnancy past 4.5 weeks, even with all these meds?!  
UPDATE 4/21, 3:50 pm:
20 DPO: Beta #4: 534, Progesterone: 128.
So, you ladies are so smart, b/c when Linda from Dr. B's office called, she told me that it could be that there were original two eggs that implanted, and now only one is viable. That can mess up the beta numbers. So, for now, I continue to live in limbo and I go for another beta on Saturday. Thank you ALL so much for all your support and good wishes. They mean so much. I don't know how I would survive without this board! 
UPDATE 4/23, 10:30 pm:
22 DPO: Beta #5: 737, Progesterone: 101.
So, still nothing definitive. Beta rose by about 200 since Thursday. Dr. B says that there is still a chance of a vanishing twin, especially with the high progesterone, but we also have to rule out an ectopic pregnancy or a nonviable intrauterine pregnancy. He said that once my beta hits 2000, he can diagnose with a sonogram. I really hope that happens sooner than later. I'm so scared of it being ectopic.
UPDATE 4/25, 7:30 pm:
24 DPO: Beta #6: 951, Progesterone: 96
Dr. B said "all options are still open," meaning it could be a vanishing twin, an ectopic, or a nonviable intrauterine pregnancy. I'm seeing him for a sono tomorrow night in the city. I am seriously going to lose my mind soon.
UPDATE 4/26:
Went for a sono today. Dr. B saw a sac in my uterus, and no sign of ectopic, so I'm relieved. It is too early to tell if it will be viable, and I go for yet another beta tomorrow. If my numbers keep going up, by next week he'll be able to tell if it's a viable pregnancy.
UPDATE 4/27:
26 DPO: Beta #7: 1235, Prog: 91
My beta keeps rising just 200+ points every 48 hours or so. According to the doubling time calculator, it is now taking 122+ hours to double. The last one was 133 hours, but before that it was 98 hours....I have no idea what's going on. I really want to be positive, but feel like unless this beta picks up, there's no way it will be viable. This is so frustrating. The next beta is on Friday.
UPDATE 4/29:
28 DPO, or 6 weeks PG: Beta #8: 1309, Prog: 101 - Beta didn't even go up by 100.
I had to go to the city today to get approval to present my dissertation results in two weeks (after many years of procrastination, I will finally be graduating!). I took the whole day off, and had a "me" day. I had lunch with DH and got to see his new office, went shopping, got a mani-pedi, wandered around Union Square, and then went to Rosa Mexicano for dinner for my birthday, which is tomorrow. I emailed Dr. B and asked him to leave the beta results on my answering machine at home, regardless of whether they were good or bad, b/c I didn't want to be obsessively checking my phone for his email all day. I had a nice, relaxing day...then I got home. Dr. B said that he thinks it is most likely a non-viable pregnancy, but we need to have another sono to confirm. I just emailed him to see when he wants me to go in. In all honesty, I just want this to be over. I have to be mentally prepared for my presentation in two weeks, and I can't be in the middle of having a m/c at the same time. Then, I need a nice long break so that we can figure out what to do next.
Thank you to everyone for all the support during this roller coaster ride.
ETA: Dr. B just emailed me and said that he wants me to go for a sono on Monday. If no change, then I'll have a D&C.
5/2/11:
I went this morning for another sono. It is definitely not a viable pregnancy. Dr. B told me that I can wait a few days to see if I m/c on my own, or schedule a D&C. When I told him that I have my dissertation defense next Friday, he said I should contact my obgyn about a D&C. I'm waiting to hear back from her office.
Thank you for all your support through all of this turmoil. I just want it to be over now.
