UPDATE: Bleeding? sorry if TMI
Brief Update 10:00pm:
I haven't seen any clots since. I've spent the entire afternoon googling bleeding, clots, endometrium (I really hope my boss doesn't pull my internet history - eek.. )
I am still spotting brown a bit, but it isn't as bad as it was earlier. When I think about it - I really have been trying to stick the endometrium as high as I can get it with the applicator (it made it goop out less), but I'm wondering if it made the irritation worse since it was closer to the cervix.
Anyway - going to bed tonight and praying for the best. Thanks for your kind wishes and prayers. You girls are all so sweet and a great support system. I still haven't decided if I'll go to friend's Mom for the beta tomorrow or if I'll hold off until Friday. I really want to get the beta done - but I'm not sure how involved I want my friend's Mom to be in the whole process.

I've been getting positive HPTs for the past few days. Today is 11dp3dt or 14dpo. They are dark positives - not super faint.
This morning, when I put in my endometrin, I noticed a tiny red dot and some pink discharge on the applicator. I called my RE office and they said it was due to the Endometrin and I shouldn't worry.
Fast forward to 20 minutes ago when I put in my second suppository for the day = I pulled out the applicator and there was big clot  I wiped and my discharge was all tinted brown / pink. I called the RE back and they said it could still be due to the endometrin, but I'm not convinced They won't see me before Friday still. I think this is going to end up being another chemical. I'm crying at my desk at work and I just want to crawl in a hole and cry until I can't anymore

I hope that it's nothing serious. It's so hard to tell with bleeding..sometimes it means something's wrong, and sometimes it doesn't. You still haven't had a beta, right? I don't get it!

Of course the only way to tell at this point is with betas.. but what I will say is bleeding is VERY common in pregnancy and those suppositories can REALLY irritate you!!
Who told you that you couldn't go for a beta now? I would ask to speak to your doctor directly.

The nurse. They only do betas on MWF.

it does sound like an irritation from insertion of the endometrin. can you insist on beta before Fri? do not be upset, bleeding/spotting is VERY common, esp early on. good luck!

just saw this. can they call in any lab in network and have you come in tomorrow?

Only in the mornings. My friend's Mom is an ObGyn and offered to send me in the morning. I think I am going to take her up on it.
I know bleeding happens, but it is the clots that upset me. Can Endometrin cause clots? I dont know

I'm not sure..... I do know though that I had clots and my babies were still fine!!!

Oh, hell to the no. There's no way I'd suffer until Friday afternoon because of their schedule. I'd see if they can fax script for same day blood work to a local lab tomorrow AM and have a beta done that way.
How the F does an RE office survive doing betas MWF?

Im wondering the same thing! And today's wednesday!!
Anyway, I spotted a lot on 14 DPO. I was away on vacation and made a very expensive long distance phone call to the doc for reassurance.
