UPDATE: Just came back from an interview!!!!!
I had the first interview yesterday and they called me today to invite me back for the second round. I am so happy! Its at a fabulous elementary school on Long Island !

I would send a letter or e-mail (not sure which one is best b/c I never had a pricipals e-mail). You can say thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet with you etc. something along those terms. Sorry i haven't written a thank you to a principal in a while.

i would send the email. Technology plays a big part now with the classroom that I think an email is acceptable.
Just make sure to spell check and make sure everything is correct. Thank them for the opportunity, and how you look forward to working with them and say to contact you if they have any further questions regarding your qualification.

Either way but I think email will get there faster and may push the principals decision!
