Update on BP- I got the orange bottle...
Does anyone know what that means? LOL It means for 24 hrs I have to collect urine to see I guess if it contains protein and not only that...KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE....EWWW YUCK!
BP today at obs was 140/90. she says shes not concerned yet believe it or not.

I have to do this all the time because of my diabetes. As annoying as it is it's not that bad

I had to do this too. The worse thing was (TMI) you have to siphon it into the container
And then you have to carry it into the lab and hold it with you until they call your name

I had to do this too, but because they thought I had a kidney isssue b/c of my tachycardia. Anyways it is kind of gross but only 24hrs.

I had to do this too. I had to take it to work with me..what a joy. To top it off, I never really had high blood pressure, they figured out that when they used the smaller cuff on me, my blood pressure was high. So they started using the big cuff on me and each and every time since then, I have had excellent blood pressure. But the peeing in that jug thing, I gotta admit, not something I want to lug around again. LOL

to those that havent received an orange bottle...Its something to see!
Mine clearly reads my name with a bright yellow sticker...I guess if it gets lost or stolen...LOL
I dont know how I am going to do this but hopefully it works. Thanks for the laughs!
