update on me (reveal inside)
Well, I was right...it wasn't good.
First off I will reveal myself - I'm MrsR.
I had a miscarraige at 12 weeks back in Dec.
I got preggo again mem. day weekend. On monday I woke up to terrible cramping - but we had a flight to catch to FLA....so we went. By the time we got there I was doubled over in pain so we went straight to the ER.
They couldn't find anything (even though they did an ultrasound and a sonogram) and they wouldn't let me see an obgyn..they gave me vicodin and told me to go home - that I was either having a miscarraige or I had kidney stones.
A few hours later the pain amplified (I thought I was in serious labor). I went back to the ER - and they again told me they couldn't do anything.
Tuesday I woke up feeling a little better - not that intense pain but a lot of bloating and other type of pain in my belly.
Long story short I cut my trip short and came home early (wed). Yesterday morning I saw my obgyn. She did a sonogram and couldn't see anything so she sent me to a radiologist.
The radliologist was extremely concerned. That was about 3pm - next thing I know my dr. called me and told me to go to the ER - they are waiting for me and I need emergency surgery.
Turned out I did have an ectopic pregnancy that they missed in florida - so my fallopian tube burst and I was bleeding internally. By 4:30 I was under the knife .
I just got home a little while ago - and I am going to go to sleep since I didn't get any last night - but I wanted to update you all. Thank you so much for your hugs and prayers on my prior post - it is always helpful to have your love and support!!!

I don't even know what to say. I'm so happy you're home safe but so sorry you had to go through all that.

Thank you ladies!!
I also wanted to add that after my miscarraige I switched to preferred womens health (Dr. Bergman, Marchbein, etc...)
They were AMAZING!!!!!!!! I was so leary about having male dr's - but not anymore. They were caring, responsive, gentle, and so on...i HIGHLY recommend them!!

I am so sorry this happened to you. This sounds a lot like my history(my tube didn't burst but I did need emergency surgery) Please FM me if you would like to talk once you are feeling better. I wish you a speedy recovery. I assume you had laproscopy-I felt MUCH better on Day 4 and pretty much recovered on Day 7
