UPDATE: TOB Beach Pass/transferring to another car?

UPDATE: I finally got through to someone this morning (their phones have been down) & I was told that I should scrape off as much of the pass as I can, stick it onto a white piece of paper & to bring it down to the Phelps Lane facility where they'll replace & transfer it to my new car!

Does anyone know if you can transfer your Beach Pass to another car? I'm getting a new car tomorrow & would like to transfer the pass over to it rather than buy a new one, but I'm not sure if I can...

I've been calling the Town of Babylon Parks & Rec dept all day & their phones appear to be down (it's not even ringing). When I call Town Hall they transfer me over, but no one picks up I'll try again tomorrow, but am wondering if anyone on here knows if you can do this? Thanks!

This happened to me last summer, we bought a new mid summer and was told NOPE! I had to buy another beach pass.
