Update TUESDAY...a little more comfy.
Today I had:
1 follie 17
1 follie 16.5
2 follies around 13
2 follies around 12
4-5 in the 10 range
So Dr. Stelling starts me on Menopur and Ganirelix today...he said the smaller ones can still catch up. Of course, I asked, what if they don't? He said then it's my choice, we can go ahead with the IVF with about 6...my choice on the PGD or we can do and IUI. If it doesn't work, we'll do a different protocol next time to try and get more eggs maturing together.
I know the others can catch up, but I had such faith about this cycle. I am trying to remain positive. I guess we'll have some big decisions come the end of the week.
Please keep me in your prayers that my other eggs catch up! 
**TUESDAY UPDATE:
It's a little better today. The bigger ones are getting bigger, but slowly, thanks to the Menopur. The smaller ones are catching up. Dr. Stelling thinks there should be enough for an IVF 7-12...it is my decision whether or not to do a PGD. DH and I discussed after the appt..we will make a last minute decision as to the PGD.
If I am willing to do an IUI with 6 or less, then I am willing to do the IVF with 8-10 or less, depending on what ferilize. If I had gotten 15-16+ eggs, then I would do PGD. I am more comfortable today than yesterday, I guess I had to get over a little disappointment.
But, it is the season of miracles, faith and hope. I'm hoping for my miracle. Thank you for all your good thoughts and prayers!

I am having the same problem- I don't have enough eggs. I still have a couple of days- but like you, I was expecting much more.

Hey Patty! You would be surprised how many of the follies can suddenly start growing. Don't lose hope! I've seen follies come out of nowhere on me to be ready for me to trigger. They can grow at a rate of 2mm per day - which is plenty of time for them to hit 16 in time for your ER.

Everyone grows differently. I am notoriously a slow starter but my follicles catch up later on. I'll be thinking of you and sending some follicle growing vibes

Dr. Stelling said it's actually up to me about the PGD. He said they would do it with one if I am willing to pay for it. I have to weigh the cost vs. how many eggs etc. I don't know if I would afford to do it twice, KWIM?
Dr. S. said we can make a last minute decision about the PGD depending on how many eggs fertilize, etc. It's a very hard decision to make.
