Update w/ my beta: I now I haven't posted much lately...
and I hate to ask for them yet again... but can I please have some prayers that my beta has gone down-- and gone down enough that I don't have to get 2 more of these shots?
I didn't want to keep updating on me- I feel so negative on our boards lately and hate that I am. We need as many positive vibes as we can get.
I have been pretty much in bed until earlier today from side effects from this medication. It's def. not agreeing w/ my system and I have only gotten up to use the bathroom or go to get my organ levels checked via bloodwork, which was yesterday morning (which DH drove to and from for me b/c I couldn't)- which happily for me are 'stable'. Other than that, I've been checking the posts off and on thanks to my trusty laptop next to my bed, but haven't really been up to posting much.
I have to go for a beta tomorrow and I actually think I'm more nervous than I've ever been for a beta, if that's possible. I just want this nightmare to start to end already. So if you have any prayers, please I could use some to make this beta go down (or away).  Thank you all so much again.
UPDATE:
My beta dropped!!!!!! It went from 47 down to 21.4 between Sunday and Thursday. I thought I would be happy, or relieved, but when I got the results I started crying and felt extremely sad. 
I can't help but feel like my little one is dying, even though I know they didn't have a chance  (and I'm sure that sounds stupid)....
I have felt so sad all afternoon. I am sure it went up before it dropped- b/c yesterday and the day before my boobs were SO sore, and all my other symptoms were bad... which just made everything that much more real. I just want this to be over already. I want to start to move on and feel like the world isn't ending every morning when I wake up. Ugh.....
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers everyone. When I prayed last night I didn't pray for my beta to go up or down- I just left it out and prayed for strength and peace to get through this. I know your prayers definitely helped!!! (I swear God is either not hearing me, and if he is he's putting me through SOME test.. because everything I pray for he does the opposite ever since the first BFP.  ) I'll never understand.....
Anyway, next beta on Sunday. I'm hoping it's negative by then but we'll see.....

Have you had a beta done since the day you received the shot?
They shouldn't want to give you another shot yet, I know that the numbers are supposed to increase before they decrease.
It usually would take over a week to know if what exactly your numbers are going to do

I think you will be fine your numbers were not that high. I got one shot-I think I weight more than you and my beta was much higher and I didn't need another Hang in there
