George Anthony Lashes Out, Casey Avoids Return To Jail

There was more violence outside Casey Anthony's house Friday afternoon as her father started throwing protesters' chairs. This came on the same day Casey's bounty hunter flip-flopped on his plan to take her back to jail.

The situation is getting even more volatile at the Anthony house, because more protesters have been showing up demanding Casey go back to jail.

Friday was the 45th day since Caylee Anthony was reported missing. The bounty hunter and Casey's attorney worked out a deal just before noon Friday that means Casey will not go back to jail. Also Friday, subpoenas were issued to the Anthony family telling them they may have to testify in a trial scheduled to start on November 17.

A group is planning to search Saturday for Caylee's body near Orlando International Airport and more protesters are expected to come to Casey's house Friday night.

George Anthony hit the roof Friday afternoon when two protesters set up camp right in front of his home, throwing chairs and yelling. George's pastor had to hold him back as he unloaded on two men who set up chairs and an umbrella in his card. They came to the house hoping to see Casey hauled back to jail.

"We're just here to watch her be arrested,"

As evidence mounts that Caylee is dead, the Anthony family seems to have no end of conspiracy theories. They blame everyone but Casey.

"Maybe someone put a body in the car after it was towed to the tow yard. Why don't you talk to them about their security?" Cindy Anthony said Thursday evening.

The building drama is even making drama-king Leonard Padilla nervous for the media.

"I don't want you guys sitting there talking to Cindy when she's got a hammer in her hand," Padilla said Friday morning.

Padilla also fears for Casey as she travels back an forth from her attorney's office.

"I think somebody can take a shot at her," Padilla said.

There's also word from the Internet that more protesters are coming to the Anthony house Friday night. Internet chatter is rampant that Casey will have a large crowd that will insist she be taken back to jail.

CASEY ANTHONY AVOIDS RETURN TO JAIL

The big development Friday was the flip-flop by Casey's bounty hunter. The man who help spring Casey from jail said as recently as Friday morning that he was going to put her back behind bars, supposedly, for her own safety because she was getting death threats. But late Friday, he said she'll stay free.

California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said he has serious concerns about Casey Anthony's safety, partly because of the protests that organizers are planning at the Anthony's house and because of the things that drivers are yelling toward her lawyer's office as they pass by. An Eyewitness News crew on Thursday heard two people scream, "Hang her!"

Casey Anthony raced passed an Eyewitness News camera again Friday wearing big sunglasses. Her attorney told Eyewitness News she's just following his instructions. He said Casey does not want to go back to jail, so he worked out a deal to take more responsibility for security.

Otherwise, Padilla was planning to back out of the bond deal, cuff Casey and take her back to jail Saturday morning.

The concerns come from protests that are planned for the holiday weekend that are advertised on Craigslist. People are offering rides to strangers from Kissimmee.

"After discussing what we could do to address those concerns, Mr. Padilla has agreed not to surrender the bond," Baez said just before noon on Friday.

Padilla told Eyewitness News earlier that Baez changed the rules after Padilla agreed to pay the $50,000 to spring Casey by forbidding Padilla, or the security people he's paying, from talking to Casey about the case.

"She kept saying, 'Get me out of jail. Get me out of jail. I want to look for my baby.' She hasn't made one statement regarding, 'Let's go look for the baby,'" Padilla said.

STATE ATTORNEY COMMENTS ON DNA EVIDENCE

For the first time, Orange County State Attorney Lawson Lamar weighed in on the evidence in the case Friday. Eyewitness News broke the story Wednesday that DNA evidence reveals Caylee Anthony's body was in her mother's trunk and it shows decomposition that Caylee was dead.

"Law enforcement prosecution throughout all of this has been hoping and praying we find this child a live. That hope has been somewhat diminished by recent forensics," Lamar said.

Despite the evidence, the offer of limited immunity to Casey Anthony remains. An email from prosecutors confirms Anthony's lawyer, Jose Baez, asked for it several weeks ago. The deal means that anything the 22-year-old mother says to investigators would not be used against her in court, only the evidence found.

"The initial thought of offering that level of immunity was that we might gain some information that would lead us to the missing child," Lamar said.

So far, Casey Anthony has not said a word. The State Attorney's Office is waiting for the sheriff's office to send over what's called a "fact package," which includes all the forensic evidence.

Lamar told Eyewitness News he isn't rushing the sheriff's office for that packet. The offer of limited immunity will expire on Tuesday.

CINDY ANTHONY LASHES OUT AT THE MEDIA

Cindy Anthony said she doesn't believe her daughter Casey was responsible for Caylee's death. In fact, she said she doesn't even believe Caylee is dead.

She posted no trespassing signs in front of her home to keep the media away Thursday evening, but then continued to talk to reporters (Images | Raw Video). Cindy said she's sick of the media hanging around her home and reporting on the investigation into what happened to her granddaughter Caylee.

"All you guys want to (explicit) do is out my daughter in jail. Not one of you is doing a damn thing to find my granddaughter!" Cindy screamed.

She hammered no trespassing signs in her front yard to make it clear that she doesn't want anyone at her home except Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery (read about EquuSearch).

"We are not asking Casey one question about anything, you know that's the detective's job. She does have an attorney and our job is to be searchers," Miller said.

His organization has found hundreds of missing people and most of them were alive.

"I want him to do a search around here to satisfy all of you leaches, parasites and all of you maggots," Cindy Anthony said Thursday evening.

Cindy's rant came the day after sources informed Eyewitness News that new DNA evidence shows hair and a stain found inside of Casey Anthony's car belongs to her daughter Caylee. The results showed signs of decomposition, which proves Caylee is dead. Cindy Anthony, though. remains optimistic.

BREAKING NEWS PER ORLANDO SENTINEL: Casey Anthony's bond will be revoked Saturday and she will be booked back into the Orange County Jail, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla just told the Orlando Sentinel. Leonard Padilla, the bounty hunter who helped bail Anthony out of jail last week, also said he no longer thinks Anthony's 3-year-old missing daughter Caylee Marie is still alive. "I think she's dead. I think the University of Tennessee tests on the air out of the trunk said there was human decomposition. I can't figure any body else that would be in the trunk deceased," Padilla said.

I could care less that she was threatened what did they expect? She did something to her kid which does not sit well with everyone in FL or the country. The family is also protesting the FBI finding that DNA in the trunk matched Caylee beside the Body farm's findings with the air. Right now as of 12PM she is at her attorneys for the 4th day and the news is saying she goes to the attorney to get away from her parents. Her parents are not talking to media and if they are they have some attitude. This is becoming some circus.

Bounty hunter fears for Casey Anthony's safety; ponders sending her back to jail

The bounty hunter who helped Casey Anthony get out of jail is thinking about sending her back behind bars because he fears for her safety.

"We have not started the process of revoking the bond, but we are discussing it," said Rob ****, another bounty hunter involved in the case. "There has been a tremendous amount of threats against [Anthony] again and because of her safety, we might have to put her back in custody."

Anthony and Leonard Padilla -- the outspoken bounty hunter who bailed her out of the Orange County Jail last week -- arrived shortly before 11 a.m. at the Kissimmee law office of Jose Baez, the attorney representing Anthony.

Outside Baez's office this morning, Padilla told reporters he advised his nephew, Tony Padilla -- the bondsman who orchestrated her release -- to revoke the $500,200 bond and return Anthony back to jail.

In an interview with a local radio station this morning, Padilla expressed the safety concerns.

"There's people driving by hollering ... there's all sorts of activity. Now George, her dad, is you know, he's a human. I don't want him to get in trouble because somebody comes by and says or does something," Padilla said.

Padilla said people scream and holler by Baez's office when Anthony is meeting with her attorney.

"It's a thing that could bring some danger to the people around her as well as herself," the bounty hunter said. "You can't have a person like her harmed."

Al Estes, the Florida bondsman who actually posted the bond at the jail, was unavailable for comment this morning. An employee at his Clearwater office would not comment on whether Estes plans to revoke the bond.

Jail spokesman Allen Moore said Estes or one of his representatives has the legal authority to take Anthony into custody and bring her back to jail, if they decide to revoke the bond.

Padilla's comments come a day after air-sample tests from her car showed it once held a decomposing human body. Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office announced they would meet with prosecutors at the State Attorney's Office today to share the results of the FBI forensic lab.

Authorities investigating the disappearance of Anthony's 3-year-old daughter have offered the woman a limited-immunity deal if she will lead them to the child, Caylee Marie, the Orlando Sentinel learned. If she takes the deal, the specific information Anthony provides could not be used against her by prosecutors.

The Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office would not discuss details of the inquiry Wednesday, but spokeswoman Danielle Tavernier said Anthony has been "invited to our office to shed light on the disappearance of the victim in this case."

During a bail hearing in July, investigators said they had found strands of hair, a stain and dirt in the trunk of Anthony's white Pontiac, which had been left in a parking lot. That evidence led investigators to suggest that Caylee could be dead and that her mother might be involved.

Family members publicly dismissed the strong odor in the car, saying it must have come from a spoiled pizza. But during the July 15 phone call in which Cindy Anthony -- the missing girl's grandmother -- reported the disappearance, she said it "smelled like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

Samples of air from the car were sent to the University of Tennessee Forensic Anthropology Center near Knoxville, where researchers gather data on how bodies decay and other information to help law-enforcement agencies determine time of death.

A police dog trained to detect human decomposition also indicated the presence of a body in the trunk, sheriff's investigators have disclosed.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez of Kissimmee, said detectives had not given him information about the anthropology center's findings. He said the information leaked to reporters and the resulting speculation "was very disappointing and shocking to us."

About 2:45 p.m., sheriff's Sgt. John Allen, the supervisor on the case, and three FBI agents arrived at Baez's office, where the lawyer was meeting with Casey and Cindy Anthony.

Casey Anthony -- wearing big sunglasses and a T-shirt with Caylee's picture on the front -- left about 20 minutes later. She rode alone in the back of a vehicle driven by a bounty hunter associated with the man who helped bail Anthony out of jail earlier this month. She has been charged with child neglect and giving false information in the case.

At 4:45 p.m., Cindy Anthony walked out with Baez, giving no comment to reporters. The two climbed into Baez's car, and he drove her home. She left her Toyota sport utility vehicle, which has "Missing" posters about Caylee on the doors.

Allen and three men with him left without commenting.

Baez would not give any details about the meeting but said no plea deal was discussed.

When asked how Casey Anthony was doing, the lawyer replied: "This doesn't help any. . . . We are doing the best we can."

Earlier in the day -- before news of the air samples and the possible legal deal -- the California bounty hunter who secured Casey Anthony's release said she has made no effort to help him find Caylee.

"She has not communicated with us at all," Leonard Padilla said. "She has no interest in communicating with us."

Padilla, whose nephew posted Anthony's $500,200 bail last week, said that if he knew then what he knew now about the case -- and that the 22-year-old wouldn't cooperate with him -- he probably would not have helped get her out of jail.

Padilla said he still thinks Caylee is alive and that Anthony handed her off to someone. But he dismissed the story that the toddler disappeared in mid-June after being dropped off with a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, which is what Anthony has told detectives.

"We don't believe [Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez] exists," Padilla said. Anthony's "got an invisible friend that's called Zenaida," he said. "She's got a world that she lives in that's apart from ours."
