Updated Pics of Home Construction
Took some new pics of the house on 9-21-07
Its coming along really well, here are some pics! all the framing is done, and the plumber is in right now doing his thing!

Looking great! When we bought our house our master bedroom was converted from an apartment kitchen/living room combination to one big master bedroom with cathedral ceilings. On the other side of the house we have regular ceilings - the attic is above these 2 rooms and the bathroom.
I couldn't tell from your pics too well but it looks like maybe the cathedral ceiling might not go all the way to the back of the house - just wondering if you could better describe how it's constructed - one day I want to "cut into" the other side of the room and make it a closet and extend the bathroom but I'm not sure how to do this with a cathedral ceiling....

hmmm...im not really sure, what i do know is that where the bedroom is now, there was nothing there. where the floor is was the roof of the old house. it was a small cape. so we built up and out.
haha, im not a contractor so my answer would be its contructed out of wood...lol. i could try to find out for you though.

No - the house near me is in either Plainview or Old Bethpage - I still don't know where the town lines are!  But - I swear it could be your house twin!
Your house is going to be awesome- can't wait to see more pics. Good luck with the rest of the construction!
