UPDATED...Girls who are irregular (long cycles) but eventually DO ovulate - question
What is the latest CD that you did ovulate?
I'm currently on day 30 and still NADA. Just curious at what point I just start hoping for AF to show instead of a positive on my opk / temp hike.
UPDATE: Well, my body answered my own question - I FINALLY got my (surge) yesterday (CD31)!! My temps seem to match what this is saying (deep drop 2 days ago, climbing back up by .2-.3 each day). I'm still pretty sure that I may have PCOS but hell, if I can ovulate on my own who cares

I usually ovulate between cd25 and cd30. My cycles are about 40-45 days long.

Wow - that gives me some hope Thanks
I think I'm going to give it another 2 weeks and if I still don't see o' signs, I'm going to make an appt to be tested for PCOS and hypothyroidism.

Re: Girls who are irregular (long cycles) but eventually DO ovulate - question
My first month off BCP I got my period on CD 45. I have PCOS but my doc said I may just wind up having long cycles. We'll see what happens this month. I'd give it another 2 weeks like you said and then go to the doctor.

Now for the fun part!
It is so frustrating to have long cycles, but as long as you are ovulating all should work out well eventually!!
