I'm going to have to go against everyone else and say a girl. I don't know how to read sonos and it could be just the angle of the pic but i'm having a boy and my sono clearly had little pp sticking straight out.

I have no clue how to read a sonogram, but I heard 3 lines = girl and 1 line = boy. Based on that, I say .
