update...still not 100% sure but I think I am pregnant.
I posted last week but took it down because I thought I may be having another chemical. But that spotting only lasted about 3 days and now is completely gone. I am having strong symptoms now (the last two chemicals I never had symptoms). The digitial test I took last monday and I just took another one today. I also have my first apt on thurs which will make me 6 weeks. I will not feel relief until I have that sono! I still have not told DH, but his bday is tues and I want to tell him in a cute way. Lets hope third time is a charm.

So I went to Dr yesterday. I thought my LMP was January 26th (that was the day I started to miscarry). I thought that was a period....I dont know. SO they said I should be 6 weeks based if my LMP was Jan 26th. (but was that considered a period? or if not then I technically never got a period between the misscariage and this positive pregnancy?). But I was measuring like 5 plus weeks on the sono. There was only a sac...no heart beat. SO I am going for blood work now. Please tell me that I am probably earlier than 6 weeks and that was why there was only a sac on the sono This is so crazy

It is definitely possible that you are earlier than 6 weeks. Did you use OPK to know when you ovulated? If not, you could have ovulated later than you thought.

This happened when I miscarried before Frankie...I never got my period and was pregant right awy. You are probably less than 6 weeks. hang in there...and
Now lookign back at your post and the dates...it was almost the same exact time as mine...looks like an october birthday for you!!!
