UPPA BABY VISTA
Does anyone have this stroller? I am in love with it and would like to register for it. However, it is extremely pricey and I was wondering if it was worth the money with the additional features it has. Do/did you use the bassinet feature??? Anyone use it for 2 children? How do you like the 2 child feature? Please help!

Re: UPPA BABY VISTA
I was looking at this stroller as a double. The second seat can only hold 33 lbs. You're better off with Baby Jogger Citi Select. Each seat holds 45 lbs. Same type of stroller. You can buy as a single now and get the second seat when you have #2.
I'm only saying this because DD is going to be 2.5 when DS is born and she is 33 lbs now. So I would be pizzed if I could put her in that seat.

My sister has it. She only has one child. She loves it. She has used both parts and feels it was well worth the money.

Re: UPPA BABY VISTA
I actually just got some advice on this stroller from a friend who has it... she said it's great for walks or jogs but it's a pain to pack/unpack it for quick errands and stuff like that. I guess it doesn't fold up very easily? Sorry, that's all I've heard about it! Another friend has recommended the City Mini very strongly... also great for walks and is very lightweight and easy to tote around.

Re: UPPA BABY VISTA
I have the stroller and love it though my experience is somewhat limited as my baby is less than two weeks old. We actually have her sleeping in the bassinet in our room since she came home. We just bought a real bassinet (as we weren't planning on using one) but the Uppababy was working out fine. It was just getting annoying to bring the stroller up and down the stairs. They do sell a bassinet stand but it is backordered for months.

Re: UPPA BABY VISTA
i keep reading about how difficult it is to close, but i have honestly had no problem closing it. i find it closes pretty easily, and then pops back open even easier.
is it possibly that the 2010 model is easier to close??
ETA: how many times did i say "close" in this post...lol
