UPS question
I called to have a package picked up from my house. It was set for 3:30pm and they still haven't come.
Has anyone done this? How long should I give before I call? Is it too soon to call them?
I really wanted to go into the basement of the building to do laundry but don't want to miss the bell and so I'm sitting here wasting time.

Re: UPS question
I am surprised they gave you a set time. Did you call them back to see what's what? Could you leave a note on the door or something?

Re: UPS question
I'm going to call... they said they would be here at 3:30. I thought it was weird too.

Re: UPS question
So what's the point of saying come after 3:30 if they are going to come before? According to the woman they were here around 3pm. I ran like a crazy person after work to get here by 3:20. So now I have to wait until 7pm for them to come and get the package. So much for laundry today.
I'm annoyed!!!

Re: UPS question
They suc k!!!! I am sorry they screwed up your whole afternoon!
They were supposed to deliver a package to me once and after leaving a notice on my door -- while I was home -- they returned the item to the shipper because they declared that I moved. It makes perfect sense to pay for over night shipping and then quick move so I don't get my package.

That's terrible. It's a good thing I'm not paying for this because I would be furious!!
