UPS question

I called to have a package picked up from my house. It was set for 3:30pm and they still haven't come.

Has anyone done this? How long should I give before I call? Is it too soon to call them?

I really wanted to go into the basement of the building to do laundry but don't want to miss the bell and so I'm sitting here wasting time.

Re: UPS question

I am surprised they gave you a set time. Did you call them back to see what's what? Could you leave a note on the door or something?

Re: UPS question

I'm going to call... they said they would be here at 3:30. I thought it was weird too.

Re: UPS question

So what's the point of saying come after 3:30 if they are going to come before? According to the woman they were here around 3pm. I ran like a crazy person after work to get here by 3:20. So now I have to wait until 7pm for them to come and get the package. So much for laundry today.

I'm annoyed!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

They suc k!!!! I am sorry they screwed up your whole afternoon!

They were supposed to deliver a package to me once and after leaving a notice on my door -- while I was home -- they returned the item to the shipper because they declared that I moved. Chat Icon It makes perfect sense to pay for over night shipping and then quick move so I don't get my package.

That's terrible. It's a good thing I'm not paying for this because I would be furious!!
