US Magazine: Ricky Lake goes from a size 24 to a size 4!
I read the article. She looks great. She did it by giving up bread. Also watching portions and eating lots of salads!

I think she did one of those programs where they send the food to you. I agree, she looks great. I hope she can keep it up.

She did do one of those programs, but she was eating 1200 calories a day. You can easily do what she does by stocking your freezer with Lean Cuisines!
I have to say that she really inspired me because she was one of those people that was just always heavy. You just never thought she was suppose to be any other way.

I have to say that she really inspired me because she was one of those people that was just always heavy. You just never thought she was suppose to be any other way.
I completely agree with this. It's a real inspiration to see someone who everyone thought of as a "big girl" lose all that weight.

I agree too. Does the article say how long it took her to lose that much?

And then she gained it back. She was 250lbs when she started. She got down to 150 and then lost the last 25lbs in two months.
