Used tiger balm... Hope it was ok!
I was desperate!!! I went for a back massage after having terrible back spasms all day and it only got about 30% better. I had to try tiger balm, but now I'm so nervous I shouldn't have for some reason.
Does anyone know if it's ok? I asked my doc a few months ago and he said as long a there isn't aspirin in it, which led me to believe he wasn't positive what it is...
What do you think?

In the beginning of my PG I had a terrible stiff neck and wanted to use Tiger Balm on it. I looked it up online and it didn't seem like such a good idea. I forget which ingredient wasn't good in it. I'm sure if you just used it once it's fine.
