using sterno question??
I am making a baked ziti for my sil shower and we will be putting it on a sterno. Question is do I bake the ziti and then put on the sterno to keep warm or do I put the ziti on to warm up? Also party is at 1 figured eat at 2 so When should I put the sternos on and the ziti onto it?

Re: using sterno question??
The sterno will only keep it warm, not bake or reheat it. Cook it in the oven and then use the sterno when serving.
