Uterine Fibroids

Does anyone have them? Are they causing any difficulty with your pregnancy? I have 2 inside the uterus and a pedunculated 1 on top & I swear its making my life miserable. My OBs wont even address it until I have my 20 wk sono next Fri. because they don't know for sure that any have grown- it was the size of a plum before I got pg, so regardless its not small. I'm just so uncomfortable all the time @ not even 5 mos, I'm scared for the next 5. Its like there's simply not enough room in my pelvis for everything Is anyone experiencing anything similar?

My first pg I didn't know I had a fibroid and one night at, 24 weeks, had the worst pain of my life. Ended up curled on the floor crying in pain! DR sent me to labor and delivery and I had so much pain from the fibroid I didn't notice that I was having 1 1/2 contractions!!!! I was in the hospital for 3 days and the on modified bedrest for the rest of my pregnancy! I have a healthy boy who is turning 2 on Monday!!!!! The fibroid had grown so large you could see it OUTSIDE my stomach!! People say "do you want to feel the babies head?" and I would say, "do you want to feel my firoid?"

I am really nervous this time b/c I'm kinda waiting for it to happen!!! If you want to talk about it FM me!!!

i actually have 3...2 outside my uterus which protrude and you can see how big they are, one a little smaller than a tennis ball, and the other smaller than an egg, and one on top of my cervix...the 2 that protrude are very uncomfortable, and i've been monitored since i got pregnant, sonos every 2 weeks...though they've grown since i've been preg., doc is not to worried about delivery, even thought i would deliver 2 weeks early, but here i am actually late! I'm just hoping they shrink after pregnancy...they won't remove them b/c too much bleeding
