varying boob pain from month to month...
Every month it is different for me. Some months my boobs never get sore beofre AF and other months they are a tad bit tender to the touch. Ever since 3dpo this month they have felt weird and a bit achy, especially on the sides and near my arms. Since yesterday (8dpo) I am in ridiculous pain. I have never had sore boobs like this before. It hurts. I am not getting my hopes up just to be disappointed but I want to know if anyone else experiences varying boob pain from month to month? TIA

I think I have heard that your salt intake can affect your boobs...as in, the more salt/sodium, the more they can be sore. But this may be totally false, bc I can't remember where I've heard that! I hope it's not that and it is for yoU!!!

My boob pain def varies from month to month. no idea why. Sometimes there is NOTHING! and then the next month I will be in ALOT of pain...

I get this too.
Some months its pretty bad, others it's barely noticeable!
It probably has to do with the amount of progesterone your body is producing that cycle...
