VEGAS BABY Special Screening on 4/27/17
New documentary by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Amanda Micheli and Executive Producer Morgan Spurlock follows aspiring parents through the gamble of fertility treatments and the emotional, physical and financial costs these couples face as a representation of the 1 in 8 people diagnosed.
VEGAS BABY follows aspiring parents who place themselves in the hands of a Las Vegas doctor and his annual contest, which offers a prize of a free round of in-vitro fertilization—with no guarantee of success. Through this controversial contest, VEGAS BABY navigates the complexities of America's burgeoning fertility industry and unveils the class disparity within a topic that is often clouded by judgment and stereotypes.
The filmmakers have partnered with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association to release the film across the country in an effort to raise awareness about infertility and spark a national conversation about this condition that affects 1 in 6 couples worldwide. RESOLVE provides support and advocacy and VEGAS BABY is being held during National Infertility Awareness Week!
RESOLVE is hosting a screening in Westbury, NY on 4/27/17 at UA Theater. The screening will be followed by a discussion with RESOLVE support group leaders from across Long Island and is open to the public.

The movie was so so good. I definitley shed some tears but it was really well done. I think it willl be on I tunes and Netflix next month!
