Vegetarian Cookbooks/Recipes
I recently became a vegetarian and I'm looking for some good cookbooks/recipes! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recommend How to Cook Everything Vegetarian by Mark Bittman. We have several of his cookbooks, including that one. The recipes are fantastic.

Try: Vegetarian Family Cookbook, Moosewood Cookbook Classics or Passionate Vegetarian.
You should go to Borders or Barnes and Noble (I prefer Barnes and Noble), and check out their selection of vegetarian cookbooks, they have so many. Good luck.
