Vendor RANT and PSA - Elegant Entries

DO NOT even consider purchasing from this company !
I have a round top front door - In April we ordered a custom steel door w/ decorative glass, and a 'storm' door (ie: a Glass/Screen door)

Long story VERY short, after 6.5 months of HORRIFFIC customer service issues our door was finally 'in' and ready to be installed.

They came today, showed up 1/2 hour late and installed the steel door. - He THEN realized that the glass/screen door was a SQUARE DOOR .....(I only partly blame the installation guy for not checking all of his 'parts' before beginning the process ........)

But REALLY ???? AFTER everything we have been through w/ this effing company they have the AUDACITY to send over a SQAURE top screen door with the ROUND top "CUSTOM" Steel door - and B/c the door was round top it cost over $4000 !!! -

I am so unbelievably furious right now I could scream - My DH had to take the day off from work for this ...........and now, what? We're going to have to do it AGAIN ??? - And after HOW long ???

I just called and left the most evil message of my life (b/c their offices are conveniently closed at 2:45 on a Friday
)
I swear to God if I don't get a phone call from a manager like I requested on Monday AM I am going to call them and go completely ballistic -

I am so sorry. You take another day off of work???...absolutely not!!!!!!!! Have them work around your schedule ONLY or give you $$$$ backe!!!!!!!
