Vendor Rant...
Back to Basics Toys...
My niece wanted this microphone that I could only find through Back to Basics Toys. I ordered it 12/12 & it took them 7 days to get it ready to ship. Then on the website it shows 12/19 info transmitted to Fed-EX...well, as of today 1/9, still no package or updated info.
I sent them 3 emails stating the problem. I called Fed-Ex & they told me the package was never received.
I get a standard email back from BTBT & they tell me we're sorry for our poor customer service we're backed up on emails/calls. We're sorry we can't get to you.
Um, my poor niece has been waiting patiently for her Christmas present & you can't even get back to me?
I'd never use them again.

That's horrible. They should at least refund your shipping so they don't get a bad rep. I had a similar problem with a party place. They apologized over and over again and refunded my 2 day shipping and sent it overnight. That was the right way to do it.

sorry to hear that! similar thing happend to me with lakeside collection... when I tried to track my package it only said billing info received for almost 3 weeks! I finally got the package last Friday never will order anything from them either (they did not even answer my emails)
