vendor RAVE - New Baby Belly
Dh and I attended the first of two Lamaze/Childbirth Education classes last night at New Baby Belly in Massapequa.
Let me begin by saying that we loved Donna and Leanora. Donna taught the class and not once did I feel bored or overwhelmed etc. She was VERY down to earth about the process and what to expect.
The class is taught in a very relaxing environment and we went over everything from stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques to what to do when your water breaks, labor intensifies etc 
The second class is next week and we are looking forward to it! DH actually walked out saying how much he learned and how much he didnt realize he didnt know (beforehand). Highlight, Donna asking the husbands if they knew what "a mucous plug" was ... the look on DH's face was priceless

thanks for the info! The mom's group and baby and mommy yoga sound fun! It may give me something to do when I am home alone with DS

i plan to take those two also get out of the house while on leave
