VENT: DH must think babies come from storks!
Because we NEVER BD!!! It's not really TTC if you BD 4 times the whole freaking month and HOPE that I'm ovulating around a weekend day. UGH! It was frustrating enough when he wasnt' that interested when it was just the D without the B but now that we're TTC, it's even more frustrating. Now it's not even just frustration of not getting pregnant - I have to be off of my BC and flutamide for PCOS, which is causing all sorts of unpleasant symptoms of PCOS to come back AND i have horrible PMS. Why am I suffering without my meds if he's not putting his all into knocking me up?
I had a huge tantrum earlier in the week because I realized we missed an ovulation day. I got so mad at DH I could have thrown something at his head because I know we could have BD but we didn't. He said he would BD every other day next month at least. And I don't care what he says. I'll wake him up at 5am if I have to.
Why can't women self-pollinate?

I totally agree with you. I am in the same boat. He brought up the "lets have a baby" and I said ok. Guess what, I'm the one who has to initiate the BDing.

 If only it were that easy. But as for the every other day, hold him to it! Aim for every other day and try to go no more then every 3 days around when you're ovulating. That should cover all of your bases.

I can give you hope...I only bd'd 3 times in march and I am now 15 weeks pregnant if you have sex on the "right"days it is very very possible
I am living proof

How long have you been trying? I know with my the first month of TTC after DH and I agreed he would still pull out or not seem interested. When I would ask him he'd say he forgot...and I was so sad! I personally think for some its very scary and even though they say "yes lets go" sometimes they hold back...fastforward to our 2nd month TTC and even though I innitiated ALOT! lol I got pregnant! So hang in there...sometimes it takes some time for guys to adjust. Maybe talk to him about it and see if that's it?

Same here...I am like babe, we can't have a baby through osmosis or immaculate conception... I ALWAYS have to initiate everything!

I feel your pain. The overall stress of TTC is horrible, but I keep thinking....the BFP will be well earned and worth the stress in the long run !!

I don't often post on here but this message cheered my up considerably!! I'm so glad to see I'm not alone. Now that we're TTC I get so frustrated when he doesn't put out, I'm like really?? all you have to do is get laid, I'm gonna puke and get really big and swollen, you'll excuse my lack of sympathy.....*stupid boys*

Your welcome... I know how frustrating it can be to have a spouse who doesnt give it his all.. I highly recomment opks that way you dont put too much pressure on your dh to bd everyday...if you pinpoint your ovulation day you are on the right track
