I have verizon. The service is great. As far as phones go, I have the pink razr and love it. I have no problems.

I have Verizon and a Razr. I would NOT recommend the Razr due to the battery. It's horrible. I went to Verizon for them to check it out and all of the customers in front of me on line where there for the same reason I was. When I asked the techs what they could do about it they said well we have an extended battery you could BUY. I got the Razr when it first came out and paid good money for it. NO way in hell will I give them anymore $$ for a better battery It's not my fault the Razr's batter sux

I just got the verzion chocolate phone (why do they call it that?) and because I purchased online and was already a verizon customer, I got it for $30. So far I love it.
damn, I just got mine for $149 but I got a $50 rebate so it's $99.

I have the Pink Razr from Cingular. The phone itself is cute and fun but it lost it's appeal fast.
I think the volume needs to be better. I have Cingular service with it and it's so so.
I have a blackberry also and that rocks. That is some piece of hardware.
Dh works for Cingular and I get service for practically nothing and the phone discounted.
I guess you could say that I get what I pay for! 
I'm looking at the Treo 680 and the Blackjack. I'm also waiting for Nokia to come out with some new phones for Cingular. I happen to think that Nokia makes the best cell phones. The ones that Cingular has out now I don't like.

I have Verizon. Overall I am pretty happy with the service.
This is the phone I have. I really like it. I haven't hooked up the music capabilities yet, but i have had it for a few months and am pretty happy with it. The only think I don't like is that you can't see the clock when you are on the phone- but that's what I have a watch for  Image Attachment(s):

I just got the LG Chocolate phone from Verizon. It's different and takes some getting used to, but I like it.

I just got this one and I like it but the speakerphone is a little weak and then if you make the volume on high and the speaker sounds like its straining.
