Vertigo b/c of new glasses?

So ladies it seems like it never ends...
when i went for all those dr visits they found my eye site had gotten much worse... i got a new perscription on friday and my eyes/body can not get used to the adjustment... i m sooo dizzy and naseous even with my glasses off that i think im developing veritgo.. i cant sleep at all.. i dont know if i should wait it out and hope that my eyes get used to the new glasses....call the regular dr to get my ears checked....call the eye dr to see if something is wrong with my persciption...or if i should take some bonine in the meanwhile to see if it eases the dizzyness :(

i feel like i havent felt normal in months its just one thing after another..sigh..

That used to happen to me when I got new glasses/contacts. It never took more than a few days for me to adjust though.

I'd take the bonine for a couple of days, and call the dr if it doesn't get better. Chat Icon

No more glasses/contacts..no more dizziness.
Best thing I ever did for myself.

I believe Vertigo is a disorder in your inner ear. Your new glasses may be getting you dizzy, but I am sure that you will get used to it Chat Icon

Give them a few days for your eyes to adjust.

The same thing happened with me when I got new glasses. It went away after a few days.
