VERY EASY peppermint cookie bark
for an easy holiday treat!
Take 1lb chocolate melting chips. Melt them (microwave or stovetop). Mix in 6 crushed candy canes (small, small pcs. Put them in a zip lock bag and go to town crushing them, the smaller the pcs the better).
Spread mixture of chocolate and candy canes into glass pyrex dish about 1/4-1/3 inche thick!
Crush 12-16 oreo cookies (without cream) in ziplock and sprinkle over top of melted chocolate/candy cane spread.
Place in fridge overnight to set and break into 2 inch squares the next day! They don't have to be perfect pieces, just break it up and enjoy 
People at my office are fighting over it today!!!
