Very Upset...........
I know my shower is this Saturday, and my sister just called me to tell me that my mom will not be there
She is back in the hospital.
She has been battling Pancreatic Cancer and her white blood cell count was very low, that they brought her back in, and she cant be around people
Im sorry, I just needed to vent

Oh Diane - I know how hearbroken you must be
Just think of it this way - she can't be there, but she wants to be
Also, just think that you can go through EVERYTHING with her one on one when she gets out of the hospital and then she will be able to see each and everything that you got - at the shower people miss half the amount of things that you get.
My prayers are with your mom and a speedy recovery

my mom went in the hospital 10 days before my wedding o have an emergency hysterectomy.....she missed the rehersal dinner and she couldnt come over the day of the wedding to help me get ready either
I was very upset too
But also grateful that my mom got better
I am sorry your mom cant go to your shower but hopefully when she is better you can show her all the great stuff you get
