Victoria Beckham's transition from wife and mother to Posh Spice has created a stir at home.

"David and the boys have been laughing at me because I've been wandering around the house listening to my iPod and practicing the routines," Beckham blogs on the Spice Girls Web site.

At least two of her three sons with soccer superstar David Beckham – Brooklyn, 8, and Romeo, 5 – are old enough now to actually understand what it is their famous mom is doing. (At 2, Cruz may still be too young to get it all.)

"My boys are so excited about the tour," Beckham writes. "They can't wait and I'm really looking forward to them seeing me up on stage. I just hope I don't get over-emotional when I see them!"

The recently reunited Spice Girls perform Thursday at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (airing on CBS Dec. 4) and are gearing up for a tour. "This week is a really busy one for us," writes Beckham.

Beckham didn't "want to ruin any surprises" from the tour, but lets on that the group will be "including some parts of the old routines but bringing them up to date a bit." She adds that their Cavalli-designed costumes "look amazing! Roberto and his team have done us proud."
