Video Cameras
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good video camera?? With our little one expected to arrive in the next month we wanted to get a good video camera.

i've had sony n panasonic...love my panasonic - i didnt go w/a hard disk or dvd b/c i have old videos - it depends on ur needs & how much money u want

i would do min-dv...canon ZR line is great, entry level that does a great job for the price.
hard drives can fail as there are many small moving parts recording the data. its more senstive then a tape.
depending if you have HD tv and have the ablity to do simple edits on your computer that support hd, like at the sony line of camera as they offer cameras that do 1080i i believe...
if you want more info, just fm a model number and i'll give ya my input
