Virgin Islands
Thinking of possibly leaving DS and going away for 3-4 days for our anniversary...
I know very little about this area- so am looking for any info...
Im trying not to spend too much $$$$- am I looking into the wrong place?

are you looking at the US or british virgin islands?
we went to the BVI for our honeymoon ( virgin gorda) and it was beautiful!! but, at least there, it was kinda pricey- we stayed at an all inclusive and it was like $600 or $700 a day.... but it included a lot.
i've never been to the USVI, but i think they might be a little more reasonable....

St Thomas is beautiful, we have been there several times, very easy to get to via flying, great shopping, great beaches, very clean and you can take a boat to St Johns to visit that island
I think its a great vacation that you can do in a few days
