Hello!
It's fine. There are things I prefer from my old one (namely the schedule and more freedom), and things that I like better here (having several IA's, a lot of the extra things the county offers).
I'd probably go back to my old one if it weren't so remote, though.
How is your year going?

I'm sorry that it's not all better First year teaching is overwhelming and insanely busy (as you know) but I am SO glad I made the career change and am very happy.
