Vitamin B12 Deficiency?
Anyone have this and get monthly injections?
I went to my doctor last week because of extreme anxiety (I've had it before and just needed meds), and they did a full blood work up. They just called and told me my B12 was low and they would like me to get monthly injections.
Did you notice a difference right away from the injections?

I actually just started taking B12 pills, not injections since my bloodwork has been all wacky. I don't know if it has anything to do with my liver or gallbladder though which I am getting checked out

I get monthly b12 injections. I have Crohns and it affects the small intestine where b12 is absorbed. I can't take it orally or it won't get into my blood so I get injections.

I used to do this for a few years - I had little to no B12 for a while - I got monthly injections - and did notice a difference - it was very easy. But then again my mom was a nurse so she used to give them to me.
I have a family history of pernicious anemia in my family on both sides so they watch my b12 closely.
