My friend and I went and watched all the celebrities arriving in their limos & cars. I got to shake hands with Jessica Simpson. I guess that was the highlight of my evening.

Oh that's so funny
I saw Jessica Simpson, her dad, Brooke Hogan and her brother, Nick all coming out of the The Bryant Park this afternoon around 1 pm.
The funny thing is that Jessica was coming out the car and there promo-ing a new Crossfire. So she gets the key to the car, smiles at everyone (there were like 20 people and 15 papparrazzi) and mouths "thank you" and i'm saying what is she thanking me for?
so then she gets in the car, starts the car - at that point her dad and publicist start cheering and give the thumbs up!
Then she takes the top down and waves.
She gets out of the car, walks around the car, starts whispering 'thank you" again (now i can hear she has laryngitis) and starts HUGGING everyone around me - including my coworker who was soo happy!
She was carrying a gorgeous bag (most importantly)

I saw Hulk Hogan and family too. But Jessica actually got out of the SUV with her dad and they walked down to the red carpet...she was shaking hands with the people waiting behind the barricades. She was the only one to do that.

Some dude jumped on stage and took the mic from JLo and was spouting off that Mtv didn't give him his show and to go to his website...Jlo stood there like a big fat a$$
