Wainscoting

Anyone every put up wainscoting? We are thinking of putting this up half the wall with a chair rail in the baby's room but I'm just wondering about pricing. Anyone have any experience?

If you just want the beadboard stuff, homedepot has a kit I think its $50 for 8 feet. Its not real wood, but you would never know looking at it.

If you go to www.homedepot.com
and then type in "wainscoting" in the keyword, it will come up...

we originally bought the full size boards. We were doing a teeny tiny bathroom, and they proved annoyingly bulky. So we returned them and got the kits. There is a little more caulking/painting involved with the kits to ensure you can't see the seam-line, but totally worth it.

Thank you for this-I didn't realize it could be easy to put up.
