walk-through questions (when sellers are staying after closing)
Do you think it's okay or appropriate to take pictures at the walk-through when the sellers will be staying in the home about a week and a half after the closing date?

Wouldn't hurt to try - to make sure no damage is done!

We're not overly worried that the seller will do anything. I just didn't know if we were supposed to or anything.
I think it will just be myself, my husband, and the seller at the walk-through.

I would take pictures. We had issues after the closing and I didn't have the pictures to substantiate that it was left in a different state than when we saw it last.

I don't think most people do that. It would be hard to take photos of everything they might damage anyway. I honestly wouldn't worry about it, that's what escrow is for.
