Wanted to share Nolan's first walking shoe experience! With pics!
My mom wanted to buy Nolan's first pair of walking shoes. He started walking about two weeks ago but we've been so busy my poor boy has been wearing out his fauxbeez!
We went to Stride Rite in Sayville yesterday and had a great time! The woman was very nice and helpful. We were the only customers there until the end and she finished us up, even blew up a balloon for Nolan before she started helping the next customer (only a few minutes to ring us up). It was great treatment and we had a fun, special time!
He got a brown pair of walking shoes and a cute pair of saucony sneakers from the 50% off rack! Just got a 20% off coupon email today so I'm going to see if they will credit my mom's card. 
He wouldn't walk in the store unless he was holding another pair of shoes!
They have a cool horsie bench and balloons!!!
Breaking them in on Main Street!
I remember being a kid and having such a fun time and kind of a big deal at Buster Brown so this was fun for my mom and me!

Yay!! Looks like he was able to take off in those shoes! I like both pairs that you picked.
And  Buster Browns - I used to get my shoes there too!
