Wanted to update those of you who asked about my back
I didnt want to jinx myself - but on sunday I went back to kickboxing!!!  It was a bit tight, but I did it... and I went tonight and I kicked a s s - absolutely NO pain at all tonight!!! I even did jump kicks!!!!
Thanks, everyone, for the FMs and support - that was a crummy, painful 2 weeks!!!

I hate to tell you this - this class really was one of the best (sorry - I hate hearing that when I miss a class) - he turned off the lights and put on these spotlights and played club music!!!!!!!

Oh man really figures....he's a nut job. LOL
I went last night and he was walking around with the pads and he wouldn't let up on me and another girl. Needless to say, I'm sore today.
