Warming cereal & fruits...do you use the microwave...?
When I prepare DS cereal I put 2 tablespoons in a plastic bowl by gerber and then some formula. I then warm it in the microwave for about 7 seconds....am I not supposed to do this?
Someone mentioned that I am heating the plastic and the bowls are not BPA free, ( they are microwaveable) and also, that the oatmeal may have hot spots...( I do stir it)...
How are we supposed to warm fruits and veggies if not in the microwave?

I never warmed those food items but if you are looking to warm them you could use a glass container in the microwave (to avoid the bpa issue) and then stir and let cool for a minute before serving.

I didn't know we were supposed to warm them. I just give DD veggies (she hasn't started fruits yet) right out of the jar at either room temp or right out of fridge at that temp.
