Warrior dash
Anyone do this? My girlfriend are gunna do it, and im kinda scared . For anyone that did it what kind of training did u do? And was it really hard tobdovthe cours?
And if anyone wants to join with us, seems like something fun, and something that seems like a great thing accomplish. I will also prolly be singing up to do the fundraising with the program for saint judds. If anyone would like to donate I'll keep u posted on that part!!!

I did it last summer, its so much fun! My girlfriend and I did it, dh drove us there. He was so disappointed afterward that he didn't do it.
The first half is completely uphill, so that was a little tough. But the second half is so much easier when you go downhill. The obstacles really aren't that bad. We helped each other over a few. I was worried going into too, but believe me you'll be fine. And other than my normal running/work out routine, I didn't do anything special to train for it. You'll have a blast!

I'm doing it this year, but likely the CT or NH one...I can't make it to the NY one that weekend.

I have heard that its the easiest of all the "mud races" so you should be fine! I am planning to do the Spartan Race this year which is an 8 miler with all the obstacles...was thinking of trying Warrior Dash too!
