I think you can only get them by phone.
ETA: Never mind, I see the link you were talking about. It's saying "the page can not be displayed".

It says the phone line isn't open until 11 EST. Maybe the website won't be available until then.
My dad used to live in Chicago and I once got a "reservation" for her show years ago. The taping ended up being cancelled for that day. I was so p$ssed!

where are you clicking after you get to the HP... sometimes I get the homepage to load, but then it's not obvious where to click next...

I have the page, but I get the error busy message which i hit 'submit'.
did you refresh the page and enter info all over again, or just kept on hitting 'submit'. I've done both and nothing yet...

I seriuosly have been trying since 9 15 this morning... and have only gotten the page to load 3 times or so... then once I try to click off the homepage, I get the error page again.

My friend got through Oprah.com....she was able to submit her information and received confirmation that her request was taken...but she was trying since 9am...got through at 12pm
