Was Anyone at Cedar Beach Tonight To See Fireworks?
So yeah..we go to the beach for the fireworks that the town's recording says you can view from Cedar Beach if you aren't a resident. It's all fine and dandy, they are selling glow necklaces for the kiddos, concession stand is open, lots of people, lots of fireworks at a house on the beach, big fire on the beach. Then public safety comes around and tells everyone they have to leave, beach closes at 9pm.  So on our way to the parking lot, another person said he thought maybe there were fights on the beach. We just went to the parking lot and watched them from there so it wasn't a wasted trip. So strange though!

That is strange. We didn't go, we were OOT, but I wanted to go in future years.
