i was talking to my bf and it looks like the chinese gender chart has been completely accurate for every pregnant person we know!!

ditto, I think when I did it, I was so confused about the lunar date, one way or another, and not sure when to convert and when not to, you have something that doesn't require a lunar date?

No. I just looked at that one a previous poster added and for all three pregnancies it said BOY. Well, I have two girls and I guess in three weeks I'll be having another. 
I don't buy this thing for one second. How is this even possible when it is the man who determines the gender and the chart has nothing to do with him??
ETA...I've also done the ones with the lunar age and those were inaccurate for me as well.
