Was your gut feeling accurate?

Just curious how many mommies gut feelings were accurate on sex of their baby.

Did you know from day 1 you were going to have a X and then were you right?

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

First gut feeling was right - 2 DD, but ended up thinking 2 DS for almost my entire pregnancy. Turns out my original gut feeling was right!

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

I knew he was a Chat Icon almost from the instant I got the BFP! But my family had some mixed feelings about it.

My one and only dream (very early on) was Chat Icon Chat Icon

When I went for my Level I I got a "feeling Twin A was a Chat Icon and Twin B was a Chat Icon Nothing to go on but that's what I thought and hoped for.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

I was so sure my first was a boy, and we did not find out, that I kept registering for boy things! HE was all boy so I was totally right.

With my second, I had M/S for the first 11 weeks so I thought girl, because I did not have it with my first (a boy) and I again was right. We found out for the second one at the level 2.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

We were wrong - we both thought Chat Icon but apparently, it's a Chat Icon .
I even had a dream that it was a Chat Icon but I guess I was fooled.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

I had thought boy from the time we found out I was PG until about one week before the big ultrasound. All my boy feelings went away and I was unsure going into it.

Turned out it's a Chat Icon and DH was right the whole time.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

I was right on. I had several dreams that it would be a girl and it was. I also just had a feeling and would have been floored if thehy told us otherwise.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

with dd i had no clue, but with pregnancy #2, right from the day i found out i was pregnant, i would always refer to the baby as "he", and everyone would say "how do you know its a "he"?, i would just tell them it was a guy feeling, i was right.Chat Icon

When I first saw that line, my immediate reaction was "boy." By my 20th week, I became convinced it was a girl! I had a boy, so I guess my initial reaction was correct.

I have no feelings!! I've only dreamt that the baby is a girl though.

My DH is usually pretty good with these things and he thinks boy tho.

Also, my nutty boss has been trying to find out from her tarot cards and it has been both....and she actually got a card that said something to the effect that I have to wait.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

No. I wanted a boy and thought I was having a boy. Towards the end, I knew she was a girl and just didn't say anything to anyone based on her heartrate. I was holding out hope it wouldn't prove true.

This time I am making NO guesses...and quite glad b/c I am not driving myself as crazy wondering this time.

Nope, I was so sure I was having a boy. She really fooled us. We were thrilled to have a girl though.

The first time I was hoping boy but had a dream I had a girl - he's a boy. This time I totally knew it was a girl and it is. I could just tell by how different I felt. I knew it right away.

Re: Was your gut feeling accurate?

absolutely! Though I did think my baby had a penis in a sono but I never was able to confirm it. It was of course the umbilical cord and I had a precious baby girl! You just know...ESPECIALLY when the baby is 10 seconds from being born.
